Privacy Policy

nxtM365 is a learning website. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
What we collect
- Analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views) may be collected to understand what content is useful. This does not identify you personally.
- Local storage: your browser may store small preferences and limited, non-personal referral context (for example, which page led you to project information) on your device so we can understand which content helps people find project information. This does not include names, email addresses, messages, or project inquiry form details.
- Project enquiries: when you submit directly through the website, we save your name, email, company, selected project area, timeline and message in private server storage and use them to respond to your enquiry. We may notify the site owner by email. These details are not sent to website analytics. Web enquiry records are eligible for removal after 90 days; ongoing conversations may remain in our mailbox or lead records.
- Spam prevention: a salted hash of the connection address is used for a short-lived submission limit. The form does not store your raw IP address in enquiry records.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t require an account to read tutorials.
Third-party links
Articles may link to external sites (for example Microsoft Learn, YouTube, or LinkedIn). Those sites have their own privacy policies.
